Certified valuation for VLABEL
At Polares, we are a recognized valuator for VLABEL. We provide independent valuations of real estate that meet the strict requirements of the Flemish tax authorities and are therefore binding. In certain cases, such as the declaration of an estate, a divorce or division of property, a recognized estimate is highly recommended. This way, you avoid problems with the tax authorities and other parties involved.
